90T Power Swivel

R-Cat Oilfield Corp provides the newest evolution in Power Swivels. The XK-90 Power Swivel is a hydraulic-powered drilling machine which is capable of well servicing work or light duty drilling. Standard lifting device is an elevator-type bail to fit 27/8” elevators.

Extremely rugged in construction, the XK-90 is inherently balanced to hang vertically. Static load rating is 90 tons, and 100 rpm load rating is 70 tons. The fluid passage through the swivel has a full 2” bore, and a 27/8” IF tool joint connection.

The swivel is rated at 6,000 ft-lb torque at 4200psi hydraulic pressure. Its simple drive does not use gears. Instead, a rugged hollow shaft hydraulic motor drives the main stem directly through a splined hollow shaft. This special motor is designed to provide full swivel torque and maximum swivel speed without any gearing.
